WOE!

This is where I imagined myself today - out in the green, verdant fields gazing wistfully off into the distance.

Instead, I'm sitting behind the minion, glaring daggers as she writes this post for me. It's raining, which I feel is entirely inappropriate on April 7 in California. This is probably not just a feeling but a scientific fact that has yet to be discovered by one of the bipeds with thumbs.

I don't like the rain. I have three rain jackets and booties and none are effective in removing those pesky droplets from my doghood.

Even worse is Celeste's belief that the world is generally good and since rain comes from the world, it too must be generally good. She also chases butterflies off cliffs. Just saying.

Somebody should tell Celeste butterflies can fly -- that's why they have "fly" in their name!

Rain is not good. It makes me brown like my Maddie. Then I have to get a bath. More water.

Wishing you blue skies.

Sure wish we could get some of that rain here in Texas! It's been horrible and dry here which is making the air all dusty and smoky because of the grass fires all around here. Mama is keeping us inside because she says the air isn't good to breathe, specially for an allergy prone puppy like me!
